Refund Policy

Returns 
Bath Royale sells top-quality products, with a 2-year, risk-free warranty, one of the best in the industry. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, e.g., we use Fulfillment by Amazon -- we request the items be returned in the original Amazon box.

All returns must have prior approval. Please email us at info@bathroyale.com. Please include the model number of your product, description of the problem and complete contact information. We will respond with a Return Authorization # and return shipping address. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Upon receipt of your return, we inspect it and notify you via email approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this, and still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@bathroyale.com.
