Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in new condition, with all parts and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns require prior approval. Please email us at email@example.com, include model number, reason for return and complete contact information. We will reply with a Return Authorization # and return shipping address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of your return, we inspect it and notify you via email approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this, and still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
