Although the cover was $$

Although the cover was $$. It is fantastic that one can purchase new parts etc.....well worth the investment.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad you're satisfied with your purchase and appreciate your support.

The non yellowing bumpers fit

The non yellowing bumpers fit, got them quickly, but only time will tell if they will stay white as advertised instead of turning bright yellow like the bumpers that originally came on the toilet seat & turned bright yellow after a few months. That made the toilet seat look unclean.
The features on the toilet seat of quiet, self closing non yellowing seat are great , but I would have thought that the bumpers that are attached to the seat would be a part of the seat & therefore non yellowing like the seat & lid. It was one of the features I was looking for.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad the bumpers fit well and appreciate your thoughts on their longevity.

Please review our care and cleaning instructions. We reformulated the bumpers several months ago to address minor discolorations that were occasionally reported over long periods, but never heard of color changes this fast or extreme. If the issue happens again, please change cleaning products and let us know what was being used and we will investigate further.

Thank you for your support and please let us know if we can help in any other way!

Bumper Replacements

Order was delivered timely, however one of the smaller Bumpers is different than the others. It is 'whiter" and a harder plastic. I sent an email with pictures to your info email address with pictures asking for a replacement... didn't receive a response.

Hi Victoria,

I am so sorry but we did not receive your email. Here is phone number 704-589-1009. Our email is info@bathroyale.com
I can send you another bumper. Can you resend your email also? Thanks

As Good As New

Jill was fabulous in assisting me with replacement bumpers. Mine had discolored (probably something I did) and now my seat looks as good as new!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are happy to hear that our bumpers were able to restore your toilet seat to its original condition. Our team is always here to help with any replacement needs. Thank you for choosing our product!
