Roy Richison When I bought my new Bath Royale seat it had notable bounce back after initial installation. I was advised it might take a bit to “break in”. After waiting a few months with no improvement. I contacted customer service and they sent new dampers for replacement. They came complete with instructions that made it super easy to replace. As soon as I dropped the seat back in place, the first lift was perfect. I suspect it was just a bad damper cartridge but it was so easy to repair.
Bath Royale is a great toilet seat and the customer service was awesome.
