Replacement bumpers for MasterSuite toilet seats (BR237 and BR283). The original grey bumpers were made of soft rubber and may deteriorate over time. These replacement bumpers are much stronger, easy to install and long-lasting.

Very easy to order and I was grateful that they carried the replacement parts.

Purchased to replace bumpers that were worn and broken. Very easy to install. Much nicer than the older version. Very pleased.

No problem installing, they do the job.
Still wish you guys would make some toilet seats in BLACK!

The bumpers we have are grey rubber and grippy. The white replacements are a harder, more plastic type and cause the seat to move around.
My wife is disabled and has difficulty sitting down and getting up off the toilet. This causes the seat to move a lot and thus loosen frequently.
The gray bumpers prevented much of that.
Hi William,
I am very sorry for your trouble and want to help. I just called and left you a VM message. We have the old style grey rubber bumpers available, which we are happy to send, but if your seat is loosening and not staying tight, there's another issue that should be addressed. Check out the Troubleshooting video below, then call me back. For sure, your seat will hold tight, we just need to discuss what's happeniing with your seat and get you the the right parts.
