Hardware works great. Not sure why it slipped but perhaps porcelain was wet when I initially inserted.

Great replacement parts at reasonable price. We needed replacement parts, got the cheaper universal parts online originally since we didn't know that Bath Royale sold replacementparts. Bad decision, the cheaper parts didn't even last two months. Thank goodness that we found out Bath Royale sold replacement parts. Now everything is working like it should!
