Works on a "wedge" principal (as screw tightens, points are squeezed tighter and tighter into mounting hole)
NOTE: For proper threading, tips must be centered in underside of mounting holes. DO NOT turn wing nut. Use screwdriver and tighten screw from top.

Toilet seemed great with the soft close design. For the cost, I shouldn’t be having an issue with it being tight and staying that way. I called owner and he sent me another mounting hardware set but it turned out the round silicone that goes under the round stainless steel part that the screws go thru was already attached to the first set. To me that seemed like it was used. Anyway, toilet seat won’t stay tight and I’m out of $63-$64! Not happy. Gotta buy another seat.

This toilet seat is high quality, very pleased. Had a little"hiccup" with the wing nut but customer service is excellent and the problem was resolved quickly. Would recommend this company to all!

These are the best toilet seats ever, once you use one you will never want anything else, called because one of the the winners felt like it stripped a little when I was installing one, and reached out to the company and Mark sent out replacents right away.
