Fast and Polite Service

I ordered caps online(to replace the split ones at the base of the toilet seat) and they came mashed and split, I called and right away they sent me a replacement set. I have had these seats for a few years. They are very nice.

These mounting bases fit are a perfect finishing touch for the slow close seat

These mounting bases fit perfectly and add the finishing touch to the slow close seat. What I like about them in particular is they won't break when being cleaned and can be removed and put back if an adjustment to the seat is necessary. I purchased the slow close toilet seat years ago and it still works like brand new. Bath Royale supports their products and if you have an issue, they are quick to be helpful.
